The principals of Zenith Partners have worked together for over a decade and have accumulated an in-depth knowledge in these sectors. We have a successful track record identifying and developing promising early-stage opportunities that have particular promise.

Between 2017 and 2021, our U.K. business successfully raised over £600 million in equity and debt across various industries, establishing a strong foundation in the investment landscape. In 2022, we expanded our operations by establishing our Polish business, which subsequently became the General Partner for our first investment fund.
Four years on, we are now operating Fund II, which was incorporated in Luxembourg in late 2023. This fund focuses on pre-Series A businesses in the UK and US markets. To date, we have raised €80 million on a €200 million capped fund and continue to engage with institutional investors and Fund of Funds interested in participating as Limited Partners to support investment thesis.
Our track record demonstrates our ability to identify and support high-growth opportunities across multiple sectors, and we remain committed to delivering strong returns for our investors whilst supporting innovative businesses at critical stages of their development.
We typically look to invest in the healthcare and medical device sectors, with a particular focus on the application of AI in those sectors. The fund will also widen our scope to biotech on occasion.
Our geographical focus remains on the United States and EU, although we will consider the United Kingdom occasionally.
Our team are accomplished entrepreneurs in the healthcare, medical device and biotech sectors. Most of our team are either clinicians, with entrepreneurial and venture capital experience, or pure investment professionals.
